INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE S.A. was established by the division of the company ADINA S.R.L. and taking over most of its assets: the factory headquarters, equipment and material resources, human resources, work procedures and organizational logistics.

With the takeover of the assets, the trademark INVICTUS was also taken over, together with its two sub-brands: M-Force and Pro-Safe.

The two companies have different legal personality.
